An original place, our Restaurant Aura, which combines the love for outdoor dining with a casual and modern style. It's all a game of chiaroscuro, of stained-glass windows that cancel the border between outside and inside, always ready to exchange roles. With views of the waterfall on one side and the cobalt blue sea on the other, which appears beyond the cocktail bar in the lobby. You come here to take away a whim, a sin of gluttony, without feeling guilty, because our cuisine is natural and Mediterranean.

What could be better, for those on holiday, than a romantic dinner after a day spent at the beach or on our sun terraces by the pool? What could be more satisfying for those who work than a selection of seasonal fish and vegetable dishes for a light and energizing lunch break? The cuisine is up to the place and fully embraces its philosophy: it mixes local tradition with special flavours, such as cod fillet in beer batter flavoured with turmeric, vegetable couscous with dried figs, almonds and oranges.

 

In the Aura Restaurant the refined style can be summed up in the design furniture, in the large chandelier that dominates the center of the room, in the natural colors, in the combinations of high quality raw materials, which give life to tasty and balanced dishes, accompanied by fine wines.
